Patent System DVS - Seat belts

The idea of the DVS system is not intended to change the concept and function of safety belts, but the application, improving and promoting the use and convenience, through research and experimentation of new solutions.

The idea is to apply the belt completely to the sides of the seats or floor of the car (the less subject to deformation from shock), which, properly designed, should be able to react to all the loads resulting from crashes.

The mount to the sides of the seats gives the possibility to obtain a comfortable and pleasant restraint effect with rolling shoulders of users, enveloping and containing the side panel of users. The belts can be integrated abdominal segments anatomically designed and customized for a better and better containment of the body to the seat.

The anchor is in a natural way: when the user sits, without difficulty, simply put his arms between the bands to suit all body creating a comfortable wrap-around effect and its spontaneous use of seat belts.

The body movement is permitted by the unwinding rollers / tensioners and tensioning rollers involved in the blockade, only in case of sudden braking, acceleration in curves or bumps.
This will thus avoided the possible rib fractures resulting from impact from the side and end cross.

New belts, more comfortable and safe, also limit the possibility of perspiration and rubbing of clothes. They therefore allow all movements of both the driver and passengers and fit all body types.
The new DVS seatbelts is integrated into the DCV ABI vehicle and can be applied to all types and models of vehicle in each sector.
